There is no downtime during the migration if the process is handled correctly, and we handle it correctly.

Once your site is on our infrastructure, the day-to-day is hands-off for you. We monitor, we update, we back up, we secure. You will hear from us when there is something you need to know: a significant issue that requires your input, a performance recommendation, or a notice about what updates were applied and why. You will not hear from us about routine maintenance that is part of the service you are paying for.

For content updates, you submit requests through a simple process: email or a form with what you want changed and any supporting materials. Most standard updates are completed within two business days. We track all updates applied to your site so there is a record of what changed and when, which is useful if you ever need to understand the history of your site's content.

We need from you: access to your domain registrar so we can point DNS to our infrastructure, access to your current hosting if we are migrating your site, and any login credentials for third-party services that are integrated with your site.
